How are the Inka Express buses?

Our luxury, modern buses are some of the best in Peru. They come with spacious, reclining seats (semi-cama), A/C, heating systems, USB ports, clean toilets and are frequently run through maintenance to provide the best possible service.

What positive impact will I have by traveling with Inka Express?

I’m traveling on my own – can I join one of your tours?

Yes! We have many solo travelers and they have a great time, meeting a bunch of like-minded people from all over the world that quickly become great friends.

What’s the luggage limit on the trip?

Thankfully our buses offer a massive storage area under the bus which allows us to be flexible with the luggage limit. Big luggage is to be stored in the storage area and small bags are stored overhead.

Can I book a ticket for someone else?

Yes, you can book a ticket for another person without a problem! All you’ll need to do is enter their passenger details at the time of booking.

Do I need cash?

Yes, it’s required to take cash for the entrances to some of the stops as these are paid directly to the communities who preserve and mantain the attractions. We also suggest to have some more in case you want to buy snacks or souvenirs.

I haven’t received my booking confirmation, what do I do?

Your tickets are booked directly through our booking system and you should receive an instant confirmation to the email provided (always double check there are no typos).

If you don’t see it on your main inbox, we suggest checking your spam folder.

Still nothing? Sometimes the email provider filters out some emails beyond the spam folder. If this were the case, please send us an email to gerencia@inkaexpress.com providing your name, departure date and day of booking and we will get back to you as soon as possible with the booking confirmation!

What if I want to cancel or change my trip?

If you need to change or cancel your trip, you will need to contact with Inka Express bus office 48 hours prior to your trip.
