Your tickets are purchased directly from Inka Express and are emailed to you directly by Inka Express that you reserved with. Please allow at least 24 hours from your reservation to receive the tickets. Has it been more than 24 hours? Check your spam folder as they can sometimes get filtered there. Still nothing? Sometimes the email provider filters out some emails beyond the spam folder. If this happened, please keep reading below.
Do you have the confirmation number that you received after successfully completing your reservation? If yes, just dial the U.S. toll free number of Inka Express or email us to firstname.lastname@example.org. InkaExpress will resend you your ticket right away.
Don’t have your confirmation number? Don’t worry, we can help you locate it. Please provide us with as much information about the booking, but at the very least departure, arrival, date and time of travel, date and time of booking (at least approximate), total cost and number of tickets. We will do our best to track down your confirmation and get you on your way.
You can reserve a ticket for another person without a problem. Enter their information in the passenger fields and your information in the billing fields.

If you need to change or cancel your trip, you will need to contact with Inka Express bus office 48 hours prior to your trip.
Sorry to hear that you had trouble completing the reservation. The most common reason for the reservation to fail is when the credit card information such as billing name, address, phone number or expiration and CSV numbers associated with the credit card don’t match what is on file with the credit card company. It’s no reason for concern, just double check all of your information before submitting your reservation again. If you see a charge on your account from Inka Express, but the reservation did not complete, don’t be concerned. Sometimes our payment processors will place a hold on your account for the amount of the ticket while they tried to complete the failed reservation. Though it might appear as a charge on your bank account it is a hold, which means the money has not left the account and the bank will remove the whole after a short period. If you don’t see the hold removed from your bank account within 2 weeks you should Inka Express immediately.
Most bus companies DON’T allow pets on the bus. Sorry =( The one exception is of course if your pet animal is a service animal.
Inka Express common policy in the industry is one piece of luggage that you can check and store under the bus and one piece of luggage that you can take with you on the bus. Of course Inka Express might allow more or less baggage and you should double check.
